Take the Inner Child Quiz that will answer the question: Do I Have Inner Child Wounds?

Inner child wounds can affect us in adulthood, because the wound stays in the subconscious mind where it is neatly tucked away until a trigger calls it out to the forefront. When a trigger hits one out of left field it can be devastating. Inner child wounds ranch from trauma, to abuse, to not getting your needs met and so much more.

A trigger is something that erupts during a stressful situation. When my dog died, I was hit with a trigger from childhood of a terror filled moment in a funeral mass when my grandmother was laid out in an open coffin. The death of my dog Luke triggered that emotion out of left field. Fortunately, I knew what was happening and got help to deal with the overwhelming fear. These triggers bring on very desperate moments in life. This was one of the reasons I wrote my new book, Discover the Power of the Secret Within - Healing your Inner Child to Manifest your Dreams.

Understanding the dynamics behind the inner child is crucial. And trust me, we all have inner child issues, but I will let you be the judge of that after you take the “Inner Child Quiz.”
