I’m Rachel Devine, a burnout recovery and life transition coach, author, and motivational speaker.
I help people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in difficult life transitions regain clarity, confidence, and direction in their lives.
Many of my clients come to me when they are experiencing burnout, grief, major life changes, or ADHD-related overwhelm that is affecting their ability to cope, focus, or move forward.
I offer life coaching for ADHD, grief, burnout, and overwhelm, helping clients move from feeling stuck to feeling grounded and in control again.
