Grief Support Coaching
Grief can feel heavy, isolating, and unpredictable. Everyone experiences loss differently, and there is no “right way” to grieve. Unfortunately, the way to recovery from grief is to feel the uncomfortable feelings and this can get messy. Grieving takes time. You don’t have to do this alone. I also coach those who lost a pet. I know first hand how devastating that grief can be after losing my dog Luke. I can help.
